No other media group covers Nantucket in so many ways. We’re a go-to source of what’s happening on the island. And we help business owners create year-round marketing plans to reach our thousands of listeners and subscribers.  

Position Summary

The full-time sales development representative will be responsible for selling the TID advertising platforms as an integral part of revenue for the company.  This opportunity has room for advancement within TID as the company expands. In this position you’ll be working daily with other sales associates, our director of operations, and the traffic director. 

Expectations

  • Able to work well with a team daily to achieve revenue. 

  • Ability to cold call businesses on and off island to sell marketing packages. 

  • Has knowledge of Nantucket and its businesses currently on island.

  • Able to manage current accounts and their needs for marketing.

  • Computer skills, ability to understand and adapt to software used for sales.

  • Background in sales and marketing a plus. 

  • Must have housing and a car on island.

Pay and Benefits

  • 10% commission will be paid on all receivables from contracts written and given by management.

  • Salary based on experience.

  • Laptop provided if needed.
